Student Series – Berry Smoothie

Not everyone has time in the morning to slave over the stove making breakfast. This delicious and filling smoothie is perfect to whip up and take on the go to lectures or work. I promise it will only take 2 mins and will leave you feeling full until lunch!


Ingredients: Serves 1

  • 1 Banana
  • 100g Frozen Berries
  • 2 Tbsp Oats
  • 1 Tbsp Cashews
  • 2 Tbsp Natural Yoghurt
  • 150ml Milk
  • Optional: 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds, 1 scoop Protein Powder, 1 tsp Cinnamon



  1. Blend al the ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
