Chocolate Berry Smoothie Bowl

Now that it is getting closer to summer I love having smoothies for breakfast, refreshing and fruity I find that they are a delicious and filling start to the day. Or in fact a snack at any time! This is one of my recent creations and it was heavenly to say the least a perfect mix of berries and subtle hint of chocolate.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 scoop SFN Dark Chocolate Lean Protein
  • Large Handful of Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 2 tbsp Oats
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 150ml Milk

 

Method:

  1. Blend all the ingredients together and serve with your favourite toppings.
  2. Mine include; chia seeds, coconut, granola, fruit, peanut butter.
