Now that it is getting closer to summer I love having smoothies for breakfast, refreshing and fruity I find that they are a delicious and filling start to the day. Or in fact a snack at any time! This is one of my recent creations and it was heavenly to say the least a perfect mix of berries and subtle hint of chocolate.
- 1 Banana
- 1 scoop SFN Dark Chocolate Lean Protein
- Large Handful of Frozen Mixed Berries
- 2 tbsp Oats
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 150ml Milk
- Blend all the ingredients together and serve with your favourite toppings.
- Mine include; chia seeds, coconut, granola, fruit, peanut butter.
