Calling all students, revision season is nearing and the stress is most likely increasing. I always like to have healthy snack in my bag as the days at the library get longer, to help fuel my brain and to stop me snacking on unhealthy sugary laden treats. This is one of my favourites and is so easy to pack up into Tupperware’s and eat on the go. As well as that it has a massive protein kick so will keep you feeling fuelled up and ready to crack on with your day!
- 1 Apple
- 50g Greek Yoghurt
- ½ Scoop SFN Dark Chocolate Lean Protein Powder
- Start by coring and and cutting your apple into slices.
- Next mix the yoghurt and the protein powder together into a container.
- Start dipping that apple straight away or pack up and take to work/university and enjoy later!
