This smoothie is like drinking sunshine in a cup – it is so bright, yellow and refreshing you could almost be sitting on a tropical beach somewhere sipping it out of a coconut!
As always, perfect for whizzing up and taking to work in the morning or having as a delicious afternoon snack.
- 1 Banana
- Handful of frozen Mango Chunks
- 1 Orange (Peeled)
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 2 tsbp Oats
- 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
- 150ml Milk
- 1 scoop SFN Vanilla Protein Powder (Optional)
- Blend everything up in your blender and enjoy!
