Mango, Orange and Turmeric Smoothie

This smoothie is like drinking sunshine in a cup – it is so bright, yellow and refreshing you could almost be sitting on a tropical beach somewhere sipping it out of a coconut!

As always, perfect for whizzing up and taking to work in the morning or having as a delicious afternoon snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana
  • Handful of frozen Mango Chunks
  • 1 Orange (Peeled)
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tsbp Oats
  • 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
  • 150ml Milk
  • 1 scoop SFN Vanilla Protein Powder (Optional)

 

Method:

  1. Blend everything up in your blender and enjoy!
