Super Greens Smoothie

Whenever I feel myself getting overly tired or run down, I load up on green veggies to help give my immune system a bit of a boost. With my final university deadlines looming green veg is essential right now! This is one of my favourite smoothies to get me started in the morning and is full of loads of natural goodness from all the fruit and veggies, as well as being packed full of an all natural protein powder.

Ingredients: Serves 1

  • 1 Banana
  • Large Handful of Spinach
  • Large Handful of Frozen Mango
  • 1 scoop of SFN Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 scope of SFN Super Greens Powder
  • 150ml Milk

 

Method:

  1. Blend away until smooth and creamy!
