I love having something easy to grab and go in the mornings and this protein packed bircher muesli really does the trick. Easy to make a batch on the weekends and then just portion up, load up with extra toppings and take to work with you in the mornings.
Ingredients: Serves 2
- 80g Oats
- 1/2 Apple
- Handful of Raisins
- 1 Scoop of SFN Berry Protein Powder
- 250ml Milk
- Fresh berries to top
Method:
- Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together.
- Place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
- When ready to eat top with some berries or coconut shavings.
