Berry Bircher Muesli

I love having something easy to grab and go in the mornings and this protein packed bircher muesli really does the trick. Easy to make a batch on the weekends and then just portion up, load up with extra toppings and take to work with you in the mornings.

Ingredients: Serves 2

 

Method:

  1. Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together.
  2. Place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
  3. When ready to eat top with some berries or coconut shavings.
